I had the pleasure of designing a jersey for our "Dinos at the Diamond" theme night, inspired by Jurassic Park. I wanted a sleek design that used our logo colors and crisp, clean imagery- a contrast against typical dinosaur imagery. 

My first step was sketching and illustrating the T-Rex  shown on the back of the jersey, which consisted of bold reds sampled from our logo. Then, I continued to build outwards.

After receiving feedback from my team, a grittier look was desired. This feedback went against my original vision, yet allowed me to expand my horizons and work with a team to create an even better final product. 

I incorporated splatter marks across the shoulders of the jersey, and illustrated claw marks on the bottom of the sleeves, as well as the front of the jersey. To enhance this new visual tone, my team and I selected jungle-themed typefaces that parallel the Jurassic Park brand. 

Overall, the final product consisted of a modern and clean-cut design that stands out against typical dinosaur-themed jerseys.
